3-Year Vocational Programme
From first impressions to full resort operations — a complete professional education in luxury hospitality, delivered inside a working Thai resort.
What This Programme Is
The Hospitality Programme is a three-year vocational pathway that takes students from foundational land work through to full resort operations management at SamSam Resorts. Students learn the complete arc of guest experience — from sustainable sourcing and food preparation through to front-of-house service, room operations, and team leadership — within a real, guest-facing environment.
Instruction is delivered in Business English, equipping graduates to work confidently with international guests, manage multilingual teams, and build careers across Thailand's premium hospitality sector and beyond.
Years 1–2 — The Foundation
Before entering the resort, every student spends a full year working the land. Hospitality at the highest level begins with understanding where ingredients come from, how land is cared for, and what it means to produce something with intention. This connection to source is what separates Sirirat graduates from conventional hotel school alumni.
All students spend their first two years at Kiku Farm and Green Garden Farm — building the discipline, attention to detail, and professional English that define the finest hospitality professionals.
