Applications for the September 2027 Intake Open on 1 January 2027
The online application portal for the inaugural student cohort opens on 1 January 2027. All three programme tracks — Agriculture, Fine Dining, and Hospitality — will be available. The deadline is 30 April 2027.
Last Places — August Information Session Nears Capacity
The Chiang Rai information session on 15 August 2026 has limited remaining seats. Families planning to attend are asked to register immediately to secure their place.
Kiku Farm Organic Certification Renewed for 2026–2027
Our agriculture training partner Kiku Farm has successfully renewed its organic certification, maintaining the standards that make it the right training environment for Sirirat students.
Fine Dining Curriculum Now Published — Years 2 & 3 Modules Confirmed
The full Fine Dining programme curriculum for Years 2 and 3 has been finalised in collaboration with KUMA Restaurant and is now available on the programme page.
Scholarship & Stipend Framework Published — Applications Welcome from All Backgrounds
Full details of financial support, scholarships, and the student stipend structure are now available. Financial circumstances should not prevent anyone from applying. All support options are explained in the application guide.
Office Closed — Public Holiday 6–8 April 2026
The Sirirat academy office will be closed from Sunday 6 April to Tuesday 8 April for Chakri Day and Songkran. Enquiries submitted during this period will be responded to from 9 April.
All Four Partner Sites Complete Formal Onboarding with the Academy
Kiku Farm, Green Garden Farm, KUMA Restaurant, and SamSam Resorts have completed formal onboarding, including site assessments, supervision training, and partnership agreement signing.
Information Session Dates Confirmed for Q3 2026 — Three Locations
Open information sessions are confirmed for Chiang Rai (15 Aug), Chiang Mai (22 Aug), and online (5 Sep). Each session covers all three programme tracks, admissions, and a partner Q&A.
Year 1 Orientation Schedule Distributed to Confirmed Enrollees
Students who have confirmed their place in the September 2027 cohort will receive the Year 1 orientation schedule by email. Please check your inbox, including spam folders, and contact us if you have not received it within 5 working days of your enrolment confirmation date.
