Years 1–2 — The Foundation

Every Sirirat student begins here.

Before entering the kitchen, every student spends a full year on the farm. Understanding where food comes from is not background knowledge at Sirirat — it is the foundation of everything. A chef who has grown the ingredients understands flavour, seasonality, and sourcing in a way no classroom can replicate.

All students spend their first two years at Kiku Farm and Green Garden Farm — building the discipline, soil knowledge, and professional English that define the finest culinary professionals.
